Hi,

You can get ” [INS-41208] None of the available network subnets is marked for use by Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM) ” in Oracle 19c RAC Installation.

 

[INS-41208] None of the available network subnets is marked

Details of error are as follows.

You can get this error on the Step 5 of Oracle Grid Infrastructure 19c installer.

[INS-41208] None of the available network subnets is marked for use by Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM)

This [INS-41208] None of the available network subnets is marked for use by Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM)  error is caused choosing of Interface Use For option.

 

 

To solve this error, you should choose the ASM & Private instead of Private for the Use For option as follows.
