Hi,
Sometimes you may need to install Oracle database silent instead of GUI( Graphical User Interface ).
If There is not VNC Server installation of Exadata and you cannot download it from internet then you can install Oracle database with silent method.
If you will install Oracle database silently, you should change db_install.rsp file under /u01/software/database/response/ directory like following.
Specify parameters and change this parameters ( Oracle Home, Character Set etcc ) according to your environment.
