In this article, I’ll continue tell you what the Oracle Primavera is and installation configuration steps. You should read first article before this article reads.
EPPM first installation is complete in the first article. Once First installation is complete, P6 EPPM Configuration Wizard started like following. Choose new database in this step if you dont have an exists database.
I have chosen Oracle database but if you have SQL Server license you can use Microsoft SQL Server also.
You should type Oracle database connection informations like Host adress,port, username password and Service name.
You should execute manual_script_before_install.sql script before go to next step. This script is under the following directory.
/u01/app/eppm/database/scripts/install/PM_18_08_00/manual_script_before_install.sql
Type Following EPPM application users passwords.
You can change configuration name. Click Next button.
You need to configure Weblogic server in this step. If you don’t install Weblogic server you can read this article.
Type Weblogic Server home correctly and Primavera Domain home, weblogic Administrative port and weblogic username password.
I don’t use Content Repository so Click next button.
I don’t use BI Publisher so Click next button.
I don’t use BPM Workflows so Click next button.
Installation summary is like following.
Click Yes button and start installation.
Installation is started.
Installation is completed like following.
you can exit installation.
After type username and password, we login EPPM like following.
