ORA-19011: Character string buffer too small

I got ” ORA-19011: Character string buffer too small ”  error in Oracle database.

Action: Get the result as a lob instead

getCLOBVal()

You can use getClobVal() instead of DBMS_LOB.INSTR, getCLOBVal() will solve this error.
