When you start Pump process of Goldengate, you can get ” OGG-01031 There is a problem in network communication, a remote file problem, encryption keys for target and source do not match (if using ENCRYPT) or an unknown error  “.

 

Details of error are as follows.

To solve this problem, add ALLOWOUTPUTDIR  parameter to the GLOBALS file like following.

 

ALLOWOUTPUTDIR /ggateb01/goldengate/product/19.1.0.0.4/dirdat

refresh or restart manager process, then problem will be solved.
