I will explain How to Install Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c ( EM 13c ) Agents on Microsoft Windows Target Hosts in this article.
If you don’t know what is the Enterprise Manager Cloud control and how to install it, you can read following article before this.
You can install Windows Server target as Silent to Cloud Control 13c or you can install Cygwin tool from Cloud control to add Windows target.
Cygwin tool is a third party software that enable SSH feature for Windows environments. When you install and configure this tool, you can perform ssh from linux based servers in Windows server. Once Cygwin installation is completed, execute C:\cygwin\Cygwin.bat file and configure Cygwin like following.

Click Install Agent On Host button.
In this step Fill the hostname and domain name of the server in the box below and choose the platform, in this article my environment is Windows 64 bit, so I chose it.
