How to Create a Transport Rule for Stopping Spoofed Emails: –
Recently My organization is getting bombarded with spoofed emails where the Display name is showing the first and last name of a member within the organization but the sender is actually some random address outside the organization. Apparently, our email gateway and Firewall has been unsuccessful with stopping these emails dead in their tracks.
Below are the steps how we have created a transport Rule and this helps us stopping spoofed emails.
